One time I phone-calls back like 13 times until some one pick up I was so upset that I said that I'll report them for the police if they don't cease, and I hear a speech like talking with the troat saying "what r you talking" I was really worried and then they hang up. I number back and I Hear sound like the line wasn't working and they say goodbye again. I number the authorities and they informed me that they can't do something and for me to change my #. Why I should adjust my # every time we r harras, this is mad. A month prior I phone call the driver to obtain information and they give the address and a name to me. I guide the target in mapquest and is in the middle of the road. I present this information for the police they stated that they will put it on file but they couldn't do anything.

Since I do not know who they're obtained a couple of calls from this number, did not reply. XMP is said by CID.
