I've seen that organizations like these scumbags get around state legitimate guidelines against telephone conning by getting you to phone call them back, thereby being interpreted (officially) as that you initiated those things by calling them! Hope there clearly was a simple way to confront these jerks face-to-face. We'll not simply report this to police but deliver notice to our condition "consumer affairs/sham" department.
