They just called two more instances since I posted this

Calls no communication, weighs up.

The number is really a wireless number, voice-mail picks up, they don't really leave a message, simply hang up.

As your caller-id is in Maine, same here - as a retired instructor the female stated she represented the Large Instructors- I think not, I responded -

Named twice on my cell-phone within 90 minutes and no information and I am listed with the National Do Not Phone-Calls Registry

No messages quit calls on I Would Portland ME cellular phone moments named are not during m-f normal hours. Have to be fraud number or that dynamics

Named my cell numerous occasions about who they were and lied. They quickly hung up after I called them about it. Don't take these calls

Today called 3 times I finally acquired and they said that they were from large teachers union and who was simply I supporting within the coming election. I inquired why they were calling from the maine region code and they quickly hungup. Really questionable and most likely not the teachers union. Don't consider these calls
