They are not affiliated with either company based on the unusual person I spoke to. She would not provide her name or the firms correct name to either. It took 5 minutes...

When I called back I got an entirely different message. It explained this is an opt out quantity for Electrical Companies. Since I was born at night, however, not last night, I hungup.
