This number keeps calling my work cellphone and leaves a fax message. Stop calling

Remove my number from you company. You have named my quantity over 40 times now. I'll press fees should younot stop the nuisance.

40-50 times aday are called my work telephone number by this quantity I've sent them a cover sheet pleading them to avoid but the calls continue. They are blocked by my organization cannot so I-don't understand what todo. Only today removed 35 messages that were screeching that came to my work phone from that variety.
