Called them back from another hand-set they answered NGC National Gaming Commission "unclaimed awards" next local call FTC Federal Trade Commission was answered by them. Person accumulates i.e. primary # which does not happen when contacting a federal or state organization. One other # they left was a pay desk phone at Columbia Presbyterian (#listed on net for pay phones) It Is A CON!!!!

I never answer their desk phone calls (they have been contacting 3x aday for FOUR WEEKS) but from what I have read from numerous sites, people worrying, they seem to be a viewpoint survey. They need to HALT HARRASSING and calling people!!!!
