I was stated that the funds collected from American nation and can be launched in income. Moreover they offered me the address of the Government grant abandon, 200 Independence Avenue, S.W. HHH Building,Washington, DC 20201.

My home was called by this range wondering personal information. Did I have a certain vehicle?

Just received a named today from an unknown quantity declaring that I Have been approved for a the Office of Human Resources Federal Grant for the quantity of $7,000. They had lots of my info in hand about me which made it seem like it might be legit. They had me phone-calls another number (202) 684-6393, it was then that the stated I need to pay a transaction fee of $267.00, since it was Developed Unions policy. I advised the Indian female who was about the hand-set that why could not they simply mail me a check like they do for everyone's fees but she could not offer me a definite answer and turned very obnoxious. I then asked her for the name of the office she worked for and the name of the grant. Then I informed her I received government grants before during my college years and I never had to pay any expenses. It's a complete scam and persons please do not let them have money. You shouldn't need to pay for government grants.

Yes I acquired a buzz from a guy for the same above. It rang twice and I tried calling the 202# myself and then went to a chaotic signal.

I got a phone-calls from them saying that filed taxes and that I'd acquired a $5000 grant from the governement because of a demographic survey of individuals that had not filed bankruptcy within the last a few months. Explained he was with the U.S. Dept. of Treasury in Washington, DC and for being an individual who paid their bills punctually and their taxes that I'd been awarded $7k. I called and she informed me that she had not received notice in the other area however and that she would give me a buzz back.

And so I did. she said pretty much the same. That I was recieving a $5000 gov wasent a felon and offer because i didnt have a bankruptsy. Then i had to go to western union and provide them with a $190 stability deposite and within 10 mins I'd get the $5000 as well as the $190 back minus a $10 western union fee. I decided to go online and google the # to find out if it was a fraud and lookey what I observed. A number of other ppl who got the same bs that I did so. Glad I looked it-up before offering some foolish foriegner my hard earned money!!!! Document it and our next course is to local call the BBB

This is a fraud. Usually the one legitimate Government Offer website is www.grants.com and it states that if they ask for anything WHATSOEVER then it's a scam, if you see the section about fraud. If you google this # you will find numerous links to forums with pages of threads about this scam. I got scammed for $1,800 I noted consumer statement fraud at the police and european union straight away.

A guy called me by the name of Alex Johnson and said I've been picked for a &7,800 Govt. grant that I'm able to utilize on anything whether its purchasing a new car or to get a down payment on your house as long as it it employed officially. He offered me his company identification # which can be SRC 5891. I got a private local call from an Indian man saying I won free grant funds to be put to good use from the gvrnmt, not for drugs or anything illegal,etc. in order that they give me a confirmation # and tell me to buzz this number. Built numerous calls, no solution. Eventually a female picked up and i gave her the conf. # then she informs me I had to pay for 254 pounds in order to get it. I said No Iam good if its free government cash I shouldnt need to pay something before I got to say Cheers for the fraud, she hungup. Preposterous, ppl is going to do whatever it requires to waste peoples time and to attempt to get every dime out of someone. Trust no one comes because of it.
