He's calling from Washington allegedly. If he calls again, I will not be nice.

I work-in an office and a William Black has also left messages requesting one of our prior contacts and has named us numerous times, and he actually understands her SS#. The associate hasn't even worked in our office! He suggests that if she does not phone call him back she'll go-to prison. On my mobile and get calls such as this from at the least 10 different quantities. Calls are from a number of others, Arkansas and Maryland, Georgia, Tennessee, District of Columbia...
