He said he was from your call center of the government, once he was asked by me initially. Once I asked why he called me he put up easily. I am aware this is not how a government contacts people. Same as others record: Promises to be the government. The concept quit on my answering device applied a different pronoun than the usual native english-speaker might and left out two articles (the, a). Given, the IRS may employ somebody for whom English was not an initial language, but the voice on my answering device is not human, but some type of computer-sort voice, so one could assume the government could check their information before obtaining the computer speak it. And undoubtedly everytime I've been contacted from the IRS, it had been by printed notification by hand-set.
