Keeps calling on a regular basis, generally knows my name, and my nickname. when i ask who it's he hangs up. when i call back i get an automatic message stating the number is not inservice

Maintains calling, and no body answers are answered by me. After I buzz back a message claims this amount isn't in-service.

Stated he is from people Economical. He laughs and I request to be put-on the Don't Phone Call list and tells me to shut-up. Asked to talk to manager and he chuckled and said no what're you likely to do about this so I hung-up. He repeated to phone call me 7 times in AROW after I hung-up on him.
