Some telemarketer, had a strong accent, can barely understand a word he was saying

Received a phone-calls from I didn't answer, no voice-mail, I redialed and was promted "we could not finish your phone call" cheers for that assistance, won't answer as time goes by

I received a phone-calls from this number (Rhode Isla Local Call on the Caller-ID) saying they'd sent several notices and this was the past call to reduce the interest rate on all my credit cards. It believed to click one to keep in touch with one of the "helpful" distributors. I pushed one and she responded asking easily was responding the lowering my credit card rates of interest. I shared with her no I was calling to have my name and quantity removed and to never receive another buzz. She hung-up. Tried to phone-calls back and it said it wasn't able to finish my phone call.

When I recognized the phone-calls I received a local call but no body answered. When I called back I received a "couldn't complete your buzz concept.

Missed phone-calls but feel is creditcard services. Quit no concept and can not number the quantity back. Won't go through. Beginning finding scam calls on my mobile-phone lately together with my home. Getting fed up with this garbage.
