STAN and Creative Boom supporting Manchester's creative industry 4th Nov 2009
STAN is helpling support the local PR, digital and creative community. Working in partnership with Creative Boom STAN is managing the local hub of the popular magazine for Manchester.
Founded in July by Katy Cowan, also an industry professional with Stoke-based Boomerang PR, Creative Boom is an online resource where creative individuals and businesses can network, share ideas and find out more about the industry. Since its launch the site has grown significantly and now gets over 1,000 hits per day. This week Creative Boom expanded further with the launch of five local hubs: Liverpool, London, Manchester, Nottingham and Stoke-on-Trent.
"The purpose is to help creative individuals and businesses throughout Manchester to network, secure more work and find out about everything creative that’s happening on their own doorstep." said Katy Cowan.
