Following the installation of a new CCTV teacher training aid at a school in Salford, security client. Leerose wanted to promote its product nationwide.
CCTV might have Big Brother connotations, but for this audience it has tangible benefits. STAN capitalised on the headline-generating potential of the story by undertaking a carefully managed PR campaign with targeted media. STAN secured a major, in-depth profile of the system by The Independent's Education Supplement, which included interviews with the school's staff, pupils and governors. Subsequently, the story went on to generate more headlines.
