Brent was said by Caller ID. Caller recognized himself as Allen and claimed he called from Microsoft about my pc. Told him I hungup and knew it had been not true.

This quantity is currently asking our household atleast 3 times per day. I finally needed to stop this quantity. A total scam.

As others have mentioned, that is evidently a scam. Twice yesterday they named, as soon as this morning. They assert to be Microsoft assistance(which Microsoft does NOT contact people to revise their consumers application), and need to truly get your passwords, so they could access your PC and Fix the problem.
