This guy was an entire idiot. Incredibly unpleasant and rude. Very unprofessional. Confronted to send my account to libraries. I expected him to phone-calls after 6pm and never did. Constantly called during operating hours. Inquired why I never called him back after a couple of months, which I did number back. A whole idiot and for a libraries person was the worse I ever experienced. PLUGGED!!!

This is a collection company who certainly doesnt practice good company. They berated me for ignoring their attempts to make contact with me but they have an address i havent been at for 5 years. And the folks that hired them have all my curent contact info.this my nanny has been called by organization multiple situations harassing her to make the journey to me but this is the first-time she's told me they've called. So I just hungup the adviser was very hostile.
