I didnot get the device & they didn't keep a message.Seems to be part of the AAPC medical coding relationship after a Google search of the number.Also appears to be a standard telemarketer promoting their merchandise() or companies (). Dunno, either way, it is a telemarker.

One today 8/29/14 with a voicemail of a dude just obviously typing his neck, and randomly laughing laughing

I have recd one in July 2014, two calls using this quantity plus one today. So I've blocked the quantity I don't understand anybody,. Whomever named did not leave a msg possibly occasion.

The call hung-up before I used to be able to reply, therefore I think it was a registered call and set never to interact with answer models. I also suspect it was YellowBook, that we HAVE expected to stop throwing their c**p on my garden every year however they remain.
