This is a collection firm used my physicians offices. The staff-they have employed by them is hardly professional specially a Perez. They spoke to my child like she was a worthless piece of garbage mainly because she questioned them to contact her back tomorrow so she could pay the statement as a result of her staying at the hospital and never having her creditcard available Ms. Perez mentioned it seems more like your outdoors I'll note your refusal to pay for.
