He explained that I have to callback so that I possibly could get him to aid me. He repeated the concept three times. He had a threatening voice using what I assumed was an English accent, perhaps an Indian accent that is English. Oh incidentally, these calls are manufactured by people of origin. A complaint is being filed by me with FTC
