I gey these calls every single day threatening me too. Claimed I had financing I took out and I'm going to be imprisoned at my career and I need an attorney and I'm going to be charged a large number of dollars and they use national names and can't actually speak english and declare they're officeris of the court and every time it is exactly the same man using unique names all close like Adam Smith, Scott Adams and etc., desire me to use a debit-card therefore there is no paper trail, harassing and scaring me. I visited the area authorities and the F.B.I. They were noted by and. They have all my data including two of my neighbors which they called and scared the crap out-of them too. It's a really bad fraud.

Maintain receiving the number is formed by calls and it is generally from a woman with a middle-eastern feature proclaiming that her name is Christina White. When i buzz back i usually acquire some (also with the accent) expressing that he is her boss and that i owe 500+ dollars for financing that i sopposedly recieved and I'll be imprisoned and delivered to prison for a cyber-crime and be incurred 7k. They've most of my information that is personal and also keep calling my job. It has to be some kind of fraud.

Indian guy called saying he was from Oakview Law Office, when I asked him to enter his name (because I could not understand him) he speeled off the characters so I fast I still could not understand him. Got his last name that is Jones. After I asked where he got the quantity from he kept saying he was from Oakview Law Workplace. I told him where he was from I got, but desired to understand where he got my number from. He said he downloaded it. I informed him he was packed with crap since I have an unpublished humber. When I kept persisting to him where he got my telephone number he ultimately hung up on me.

They've called me numberous occasions. They are scammers. I called them back and they said ok they wouldn't phone-calls again. They stated my range had some fake associated intrernet action.

Each day I have gotten 16 calls wanting me to cover $350 w/bank card. The girl with the Indian accent stated I'll have to pay the above mentioned amount or I will be imprisoned at my work and take jail for eight months and a superb of $8k to $9k. Claimed I obtained a pay day loan, where I never did get any money from the pay day loan. She said that their office is in Texas.Now they won't quit calling my work or my cellular phone. Please help in finding them off my back. Thank You!!

My brother keeps getting calls from them telling him if he doesnt pay he owes income and is going to be devote jail, this baby is so distressed and they simply wont stop
