The perpetrator of these calls is Michael Hilgar / Elite Information Solutions, Inc. / Global Info Services, Inc. / Mature Safeline Inform / The Credit Style / or any other name they feel like using -- often a name looking quite definitely like a legitimate business that provides these services. The phone call centers are located near Orlando FL (Casselberry and Altamonte Springs) and aren't in SD as you alleged. So, please record the calls to Consumer Affairs, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Florida Department of Agriculture -- the SD Attorneygeneral.
