When I local call back from a property line the line disconnected I have gotten three calls from this number with the same problems while the previous person

I got two mobile calls using this number. Both times they never left a note. I tried calling them back and it surely got to in which a voicemail will be and it looked they hung up the device and picked up or simply disconnected my buzz. All I want to know is who it's or why they are contacting me.

they called early in the morning I answered there was just silence called back it was a bussy sign.
