I am being called by them. i have never had any contact or done any business with one of these organizations. They use blocked amounts on most calls and number repeatedly a day every day also.

Got the same local call you did--it's a scam without offering reports no-one can sue you. I submitted a complaint with the FTC and the FBI since they also confronted with physical violence. Contact these 2 services and file a police report if necessary.
