Please everybody that has gotten this message...PLEASE are accountable to the Attorneygeneral issue department!! I've done so and they are conscious of the specific situation, if they get enough complaints, perhaps they can hook these jerks!!!

My brother was approached by these individuals. He had much accent and was told his name was Darryl Smith from the Bureau of Crime Investigation. He essentially was confronted to make a payment towards an unpaid payday loan. He was told to create a letter ATTN: Officer Smith and add a duplicate of his identity, signature and date combined with last four of SSN. He was subsequently advised that he needs to increase the page "I, seem to solve this case outside of court by creating a fee of $625. I want to look after this and please end the fees on my name and SSN." And was given the scenario quantity. When he declined to cover the amount they informed him that he had a need to purchase a prepaid Visa or Mastercard card and utilize $200 for the equilibrium and give them the total number of the card together with expiration date and fax it to (206) 426-0596. They threatened to proceed in court, if they did not receive this from the end of the week. Appears like a HOAX tome!!!!

Got a phone-calls out of this number stated that they needed me to take care of the debit I have with them and if I did not take care of the debit I was planning to go to PRISON with next several hours because they'd be sending the info to the local court. I ask what courthouse they couldn't tell me nor could they tell me the quantity of income I was suppost to owe them Then they request my social serurity number when I refused to offer it to the man he stated he was planning to have the OSC investagator begin an investagation on me and my Social Security number. This man wasn't an american but uses the name David Brown. I was at the job if they ask for me this really is very-much and called a FRAUD!!! Don't give these people any information because they could attempt to make use of the information against you.

OMG!!! Same as everyone!. Specialist Michael Black and from the noise of his accent, that's no way his name! Expressing the same issues and stating that I have to send money immediately or I will go to court. Later that same day I received another number from them and they asked for someone else and when I talked to them they stated that they had not called me...really suspicious! Who do we report this to?
