Junk bill collector won't stop contacting me from their personal telephone

A robocall from UN-known - some type of scam - A search shows this number to be from Benton City, WA. A land line number using ONVOY, LLC - WA. They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.

They maintain sending texts thatn't make any sense to me

Wished a birthdate, complete name and year graduated senior school although questioned about training options

Information claiming to become that you are in big trouble and the IRS is left by robocall. I called back from an office phone (so that they wouldn't notice my cell is productive) plus some idiot with a large feature answered a said to become an IRS agent. Sounded like he was internationally. This can be a scam, simply ignore it.

I told him to stop contacting my again, that I had been revealing that and to obtain a true career and hung-up on him before I had to listen to the remainder of the absurdity to return out-of his mouth avoid them, they're scammers
