My wife (twice) and 2 kids all got the exact same message. From what I've read at this and other sites, all qualified quantities were from T Mobile and at least an excellent percentage are from MA. It appears that quantity hasbeen shutdown since all accounts were from the 13th and 14th however the greater problem rightnow should really be how did someone get a lot of numbers from Tmobile?? Despite many people having noted this to them, I have yet to see any explanation from them and I think they owe us one.

Even though they did not have your pin number, with all the current identity theft that happens nowadays, I am positive there's ways to get around the pin number. I fit in with a credit union, and my naive 18 year old brain played along and offered them my information TILL they asked for my pin number and hung-up.
