Type Number for Location Report

This number called saying it was the IRS. A man with an accent, like a African, asked me for my name, which I didn't and I asked them the area code was different than where I live they said, it's the crime and investigation department of the IRS, which was weird, so I asked him where are you located and he said, I am calling from a direct phone and located in Washington D.C. and gave me the address of the IRS 1111 Constitution Ave, Washington, D.C. , so then I said, the area code is from Louisiana and you said you are in Washington D.C.. and I asked him his name , he responded do you want my name or resolve this issue. So I asked, what is your phone number and he gave a complete different number than the one I called, so I told him, you are calling from a number (318) 252-1894 and you are saying you are in D.C. how is that possible?, and he didn't say anything for at least 15 seconds and hung up.

This quantity called me and I don't realize who it is. I am frightened to phone-calls back.
