Okay.this man has additionally been contacting my place of work. I am not able to get personal calls if i hang-up on him and work-in a nursing home he keeps right on calling. He will need to have called me 5-6 times today. I called him back when i got home and advised him that if he called my place of work again that i would sue him for harassment. I told him i understood he was a scammer and he needed only to take money from hard working people. I told him to not buzz me again and hung up on him. This place keeps calling at my place of business, which I own buying a former employee. This man his name is Michael keeps insisting that I'm this worker, he basically called me a liar. This guy talks terrible language and his highlight shows to me he is Indian. He calls every single day sometimes more then once. He ties up my company lines, not just one point but all my lines and calls back easily hang up. I ask to talk with an english speaking director and he applies another Indian speaking person to the point. Ive advised that the employee nolonger works for me and hasnt since July 2010, but he keeps insisting that I will put her to the hand-set and that she still works for me. This is the toughest harrasment and there should be laws against this kind of harrasment. I would prohibit the amount but they call from another brand. What recourse do I've like a company owner.
