Scammer/Fraud - Noted information with accented person threatening with refusal and National legal issues to callback with lead to arrest. Ridiculous, frustrating although yes because the saving keeps contacting the house several times each day.

Documented phone with person with accent suggested that individuals are in trouble and declining to call back may lead to national legal activity by failing to look ahead of the court. I am hoping visitors to slip for this... Considering that the recording retains calling our phone many times per-day in our situation it is only really irritating.
