At-all material times, the Associate was used by the Toronto District School Board(the Board) as a Principal at [XX] School (the College) in Ontario.3. Through The 2007-2008 academic year, the Member given and/or authorized Student No. 1and Pupil No. 2, two male students of the Board underneath the age of sixteen years, entryand/or access to her Facebook site and by so doing, allowed Pupil No. 1 and StudentNo. 2 to access inappropriate and/or watch content including:(a) A final image of the male person without a shirt, wearing a Speedo swimwear and called, Dinner of the Afternoon(w) A drawing showing a naked girl depicting her breasts and a naked man holding a sequence which was associated with his well endowed penis.4. During the 2007-2008 academic year, the Associate,(a) permitted a student and/or students to have access to your personal notebook computer which she knew or ought to have known contained images of a pornographic nature or erotic nature, which seemed to illustrate young teenage males(n) permitted a student and/or students to have access to the class computer which she knew or ought to have known contained pornographic images and/or severe animation images and/or images of naked figures(c) required and/or granted Scholar No. 3, Student No. 4 and Pupil No. 5, male students, to offer her a massage and(n) made no attempts to deter or reduce a scholar and/or individuals from trying to rub her back.THE DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE WILL HOLD A HEARING pursuant to parts 30 and 32 of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996, to choose whether the allegations are accurate and whether Gordana Anne Stefulic is guilty of professional misconduct. A replica of the Rules of Procedure of the Discipline Committee and of the Fitness to Practise Panel will be presented upon request.THE CONTROL COMMITTEE WILL MEET on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. setting a date for the hearing of the matter. The Committee will meet to the 12th floor of the offices of the Ontario College of Teachers at 101 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
