The feminine said she was head of the bill management department from direct tv. she stated she would handle my issue of $700.00 which they claim i owe for their gear. They are suppose to send me pre paid shipping bins so i might return them been waiting since 2007. Quantity is on credit report, and when i returned the decision its custormer service and they refuse to deliver the boxes and have explained that the gear is mine and the charges stay and can not provide me any information in relation to the identity and telephone number i acquired. They then said the containers were delivered, then no following number given after I inquired, placed me on-hold then said sorry theres nothing we could do.
