We got several calls out of this variety claiming to become from Microsoft Technical Companies recently (6-6-2014) they called twice. Recently twice. We added the amount to a reject number and didn't answer a next phone call. Nonetheless, they called again today having an unidentified caller id. Is there any way to dam a call from an unidentified caller id

This quantity has been caling within the last three week a-day (anytime to 8PM from 8Am on a average of 5 times implying Clanton Al on my caller identification.
