As I get this number to my cell EVERYDAY in the same time, it Is A political surver, and clearly computerized. I was in a position to trace this back once again to an organization named Omnipoint communications, they are in NJ. The Washington DC number is really a spoofed number. I tried calling their Jacket number and it just rings and rings. SOOOOO ANNOYING! Just how do I make them stop?????
